City Simulator – Pemerintah Kabupaten Subang

Sumedang Regency is a regency in West Java Province, Indonesia. Its capital is Sumedang Utara District, located approximately 45 km northeast of Bandung City. Under the leadership of Regent Dony Ahmad Munir, the vision of Sumedang Regency is to realize a prosperous, religious, advanced, professional, and creative community by the year 2023.

The Sumedang Public Service Metaverse, or commonly known as Supermeta, is an innovation by the Sumedang District Government to provide better services to its citizens. Embracing the concept of a Digital Public Service Mall (MPP), Supermeta operates virtually with 3D technology, allowing the citizen of Sumedang to access various public services in a more interactive manner. Minister of Home Affairs, Tito Kanavian, stated that the concept of MPP through Supermeta, which integrates various types of services under one virtual roof, is considered suitable for citizens seeking accelerated public service delivery.

Currently, Supermeta has integrated 23 institutions with a total of 363 services. So far, over 200,000 citizens have been served through Supermeta. Moving forward, Supermeta will continue to be developed in order to better serve the citizens of Sumedang.
